Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between MUSIKARCHITEKT AG (“Controller”) and its service providers (“Processors”) for the purpose of ensuring compliance with data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • This Agreement governs the processing of personal data by Processors on behalf of MUSIKARCHITEKT AG.
